Our Managed WordPress control panel contains our fully automated monitoring system. This system checks the health of various critical services within your server node, including web services and database services, as well as whether or not your website can be reached.
If our monitoring system detects an issue, it will run several rule based commands to attempt to resolved the issue, if this fails, our team will be notified immediately so that they can resolve the issue without you ever having to lift a finger!

If you experience less than 100% uptime (outwith planned maintenance or issues unrelated to our services) then we'll credit your account, meaning your services could effectively be free!
